Dr. Sophia Lüttringhaus

Co-Founder

Sophia is passionate about creating inclusive, evidence-based solutions at the intersection of climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, food systems and agrobiodiversity. With over a decade of international experience in scientific consultancy, she supports decision makers with needs-based, intersectional, gender-transformative and impact-oriented research and analysis. From advising global programs to deep-diving into scientific literature and methodology, policy frameworks and stakeholder dynamics, Sophia is committed to bridging research and real-world decisions in ways that foster equity and resilience.

Sophia holds a PhD in Agricultural Sciences, an MSc in Agricultural Economics, and a BA in International Relations. She is fluent in English, German, Spanish, and French and brings extensive international experience from working across diverse cultural and institutional contexts.

Franziska Brundell

Co-Founder

Franziska thrives when diving into complexity—be it climate risk modelling, agricultural policy landscapes, or intricate stakeholder constellations. Her investigative mindset, sharp analytical skills, and talent for synthesis make her a trusted partner for clients seeking clarity and strategic value. EarthYield Advisories gives her the perfect space to combine her diverse strengths in agricultural economics, political science, and scientific communication.

Franziska holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Economics. She is a native speaker of English and German and experienced in literature and data analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement, creating polished texts and visualizations, making her your go-to for making tough topics digestible and actionable.
